Wenn man anf\u00e4ngt zuzuh\u00f6ren, nimmt unweigerlich der Atem seinen Platz ein, und da es kein Leben ohne Atem gibt, ist sogar der Atem ein universelles Element, das zum Besonderen zur\u00fcckf\u00fchrt. Es handelt sich um Haltungs\u00fcbungen, Atemaktivit\u00e4ten, rhythmische und\/oder chaotische Bewegungen, einfache Stimm\u00fcbungen. Diese k\u00f6nnen, wenn sie einmal ausge\u00fcbt, trainiert und stimuliert worden sind, vor allem die Wahrnehmung von dem was in uns selbst geschieht, daraufhin dessen Verst\u00e4ndnis und die Annahme und, letzten Endes, den k\u00f6rperlichen und emotionalen Wiederausgleich beg\u00fcnstigen.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Es gibt f\u00fcr jede Person oder Personengruppe eine andere M\u00f6glichkeit, dieselben F\u00e4higkeiten in Betrieb zu setzen. Folglich ist jede meiner Eingriffe auf das Individuum, auf seine spezifischen Bed\u00fcrfnisse oder auf die Ausdr\u00fccke seiner Mechanismen abgestimmt.
